The owners of the hotel were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, providing us with information about transportation options and local cuisine. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with lovely handmade decorations. The private indoor and outdoor onsens were clean and comfortable, and we never had to wait to use them. the meals were made with delicious local produce and the menu included charming hand-drawn illustrations.
Although the hotel was a wonderful getaway, it was a bit difficult to access by public transportation. We had to take a bus for over an hour from the nearest train station, and the stop was a bit far from the hotel.

Transportation to and from the hotel was also convenient, as there was a bus stop nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive to all our needs, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel was a luxurious retreat in the mountains. the exclusive amenities were beyond amazing, with not only hot spring baths but also open-air private facilities. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff going above and beyond to provide outstanding experiences. From the beautiful garden area to the tasty special diet menus, everything was perfect.
The only minor issue was the location, a bit far from the city. the peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking views made up for it.

The private onsens were a highlight, with a choice of indoors or outdoors with stunning views. the food was another plus, with a delicious traditional breakfast and dinner. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. the spacious and clean rooms were also a pleasant surprise. the hotel is perfect for those who want to take a morning walk around the town and enjoy the clean and fresh air.
Getting to the hotel was a bit of a challenge, as it is located in a remote area. Buses are available, but having a car would have been more convenient.
